PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") CAREFULLY. They contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations.
Redi Solutions FZC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1) IMPORTANT NOTICE (NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE)
Redi Solutions FZC provides services related to business systems, automation, and artificial intelligence implementation for coaching and service-based businesses. All information, templates, recommendations, and guidance provided by Redi Solutions FZC (including by its contractors or through its platforms) are for informational and operational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, employment, medical, or other professional advice.
You are solely responsible for your business decisions, compliance obligations (including consumer law, advertising rules, data protection, and platform policies), and the results obtained from implementing any recommendations.
2) ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
To access the Services, you may be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Redi Solutions FZC may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if information is inaccurate, if there is non-compliance with these Terms, or if required to do so by law or payment processors.
3) SCOPE OF SERVICES
Redi Solutions FZC provides (as applicable to your plan or order) services such as:
AI systems implementation, automations, and integrations
CRM setup, workflows, messaging sequences, and lead management systems
Operational SOPs, dashboards, and performance tracking
Training, support, and technical guidance for your team
Audits, troubleshooting, and optimization sessions
Unless explicitly stated in writing, Redi Solutions FZC does not provide fitness coaching, nutrition plans, medical advice, or guaranteed revenue/profit outcomes.
Any deliverables, timelines, and inclusions will be those described on the checkout page, proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement accepted by you (collectively, the "Order").
4) CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
Provide timely access to accounts, assets, and information required to deliver the Services (e.g., CRM, email domain, Meta assets, Stripe, calendars, WhatsApp providers, websites)
Maintain active subscriptions and paid accounts for required third-party tools
Follow implementation instructions and security best practices (including MFA, access control, and password hygiene)
Ensure you have all required permissions and lawful bases to contact leads/customers and to process personal data
Delays caused by missing access, incomplete information, or third-party account restrictions may affect timelines and do not constitute failure to deliver.
5) FEES, BILLING, AND PAYMENT PROCESSING
Fees are due as stated in your Order and are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe and/or Whop (or other processors indicated at checkout). You authorize Redi Solutions FZC (and its payment processors) to charge the selected payment method according to the Order.
Unless required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable and final once paid.
If a payment fails, you remain responsible for paying amounts due. Redi Solutions FZC may suspend Services until payment is received.
6) NO GUARANTEES; PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER
You acknowledge that results depend on many factors outside Redi Solutions FZC’s control (including your offer, market demand, ad performance, team execution, lead quality, compliance, and platform changes). Redi Solutions FZC does not guarantee any particular business, marketing, operational, or financial outcome.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any AI-generated content, automations, messages, or decisions before use.
7) THIRD-PARTY TOOLS, AI MODELS, AND EXTERNAL PLATFORM FAILURES (NO LIABILITY / NO REFUNDS)
You acknowledge that the Services may depend on, integrate with, or be delivered through third-party services and tools (including but not limited to CRMs, messaging providers, hosting, email services, WhatsApp providers, Meta platforms, Zapier/Make, payment processors, LLM/AI providers, and analytics tools) ("Third-Party Tools").
Redi Solutions FZC does not own or control Third-Party Tools and is not responsible for their availability, outages, performance issues, changes in features/pricing, security incidents, policy enforcement, account bans/restrictions, API limitations, message deliverability problems, or other technical failures that are outside Redi Solutions FZC’s reasonable control.
Accordingly:
Third-Party Tool failures, AI provider/model outages, platform enforcement actions, or external technical incidents do not entitle you to refunds, chargebacks, or fee reversals
Redi Solutions FZC’s obligation (if any) will be limited to reasonable efforts to help you mitigate the issue (for example: switching providers, implementing a workaround, or pausing automations) when feasible and when you maintain required access and subscriptions
8) SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
Redi Solutions FZC may update, modify, or replace components of the Services to improve quality, maintain compatibility, respond to platform changes, or for operational reasons, provided that the overall purpose of the Order remains substantially the same.
9) TERM, RENEWAL, AND CANCELLATION (IF APPLICABLE)
If your Order includes a subscription, it will renew automatically at the billing interval stated at checkout unless canceled.
To cancel a recurring subscription, you must notify Redi Solutions FZC at least 30 calendar days in advance by emailing: [email protected] (cancellation is effective only upon written confirmation by Redi Solutions FZC).
Cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice will not be accepted, and any billing period falling within that 30-day window will remain due and payable with no refund.
Exit Interview Clause: Before processing cancellation, you agree to complete a mandatory exit interview or account offboarding procedure to ensure proper closure and documentation. Failure to complete this step may delay cancellation processing.
If your Order includes a fixed-term commitment, you remain responsible for all fees for the initial contracted period, regardless of usage, results, or implementation pace, except where required by applicable law.
10) REFUND POLICY AND CHARGEBACKS
Because the Services involve digital delivery, implementation work, access provisioning, and the ability for clients to retain and use know-how, templates, configurations, and documentation, Redi Solutions FZC does not offer refunds once delivery has begun, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in your Order.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Redi Solutions FZC at [email protected] and providing at least 7 days to investigate and attempt a resolution. Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access and may be pursued as a breach of these Terms.
EU/EEA/UK Notice (Digital Content/Services): Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal, you acknowledge that by requesting immediate performance and delivery of digital services/content, you may lose the right to withdraw once performance has begun, to the extent permitted by law.
11) DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMELINES
Services are delivered digitally (e.g., calls, chat support, documentation, configurations, access to portals). Delivery timing depends on your Order and your cooperation (including providing access). Any stated dates are good-faith estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
12) CONFIDENTIALITY
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. You agree not to disclose Redi Solutions FZC’s confidential information, including proprietary processes, documentation, templates, pricing, and implementation methods, except as required to use the Services internally.
13) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided by Redi Solutions FZC, including but not limited to documents, templates, automations, workflows, training content, and recordings, are protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables internally for your business during the term of your engagement. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or create derivative products for commercial distribution without prior written permission.
14) USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND TESTIMONIALS
If you submit testimonials, reviews, screenshots, photos, videos, or other materials to Redi Solutions FZC, you grant Redi Solutions FZC a license to use them for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you notify Redi Solutions FZC in writing in advance that you do not grant such permission.
15) PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
Infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights
Send spam or unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam, consumer, advertising, or platform rules
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
Use the Services to develop, distribute, or deploy malicious code
Redi Solutions FZC may suspend or terminate access for violations.
16) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Redi Solutions FZC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redi Solutions FZC’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the total fees paid by you to Redi Solutions FZC for the specific Order giving rise to the claim during the 3 months preceding the event.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
17) INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redi Solutions FZC, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use or misuse of the Services
Your business practices, offers, advertising, content, or communications
Your violation of laws, regulations, or platform policies
Your breach of these Terms
18) GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute, claim, or proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.
You acknowledge that Redi Solutions FZC operates internationally; however, for contractual purposes, the Services are deemed provided from Dubai/UAE (as applicable to the company’s registration).
